SP Felgen forged wheel orders are custom to each vehicle, and this means that we (SP Felgen) do not accept responsibility for any incorrect fitment data provided. ALL CUSTOM WHEEL orders are final and returns or exchanges are not accepted under any circumstances.
Our already in-stock (not made to order) wheel orders may be returned within 14 Days providing they are returned in an UNUSED condition and returned in the original packaging.
Shipping For Returns

When you return your product please allow time for processing, inspection of the items, and the refund to be made - Please note: Refunds can take 3-5 working days depending on the original payment method.
We will ALWAYS recommend you consider using trackable and insured shipping services to avoid any potential issues or losses.
IMPORTANT
INITIAL SP FELGEN WHEEL INSTALLATION AND LONG-TERM CARE OF OUR PRODUCTS
Thank you for purchasing your SP Felgen product, our wheels are manufactured with the finest materials and standards. Please always make sure you or your installer/dealer follow our instructions for care and installation. This will ensure your wheels are properly installed and will keep them always looking like new.
1.) ALWAYS inspect your wheels upon delivery and before mounting tires. Once tires have been mounted, we cannot accept returns for credit, and charges with be assessed for any work that will be required to correct any problems. Inspect and verify that your wheels have the correct finish, colour, bolt pattern, centre bore diameter, ample brake caliper clearance, and the proper backspace or offset for your vehicle. MAKE SURE THIS IS VERIFIED BEFORE MOUNTING TIRES.
2.) Only use tubeless tires consistent with the vehicle manufacturer's recommended sizing for the wheels you have chosen. Using tires that do not conform to the vehicle or tire manufacturer's recommendations may result in safety issues related to tires being undersized or oversized fitment. SP FELGEN IS NOT RESPONSIBLE for any damage related to the incorrect tire sizing such as vehicle transmission, AWD systems, body panels/trims, or other affected areas.
3.) Before mounting tires, the tire bead seat should be generously lubricated
4.) Mount tires using contact-free mounting machines and ensure they are fitted by a trained professional.
5.) For balancing, use stick-on weights ONLY. Clip on weights can cause damage to the wheels and their use will void certain sections of your warranty.
6.) After the wheels and tires have been placed on the car, take a short test drive. Re-check the torque values of each nut/bolt and make sure they are torqued to the manufacturer's recommended specifications.
7.) If you intend to use one of your original equipment wheels as a spare, make sure you keep a set of correct nuts/bolts and a properly sized tool in the car at all times. In most cases, SP Wheels utilize the original equipment, however this may not be possible in all cases.
LONG-TERM CARE
1.) 2-piece / 3-piece wheels - Under no circumstances should you or anyone else loosen or remove any of the wheel assembly bolts. When the tyres are installed and under pressure, removing the assembly bolts can lead to serious injury. Removing assembly bolts will automatically void any warranty on our wheels. The assembly fasteners are structural, not decorative and loosening them can cause wheel failure.
2.) To keep your wheels looking like new, regular cleaning is highly recommended, and in adverse weather climates where salt or chemicals are used on the roads, it is mandatory to maintain the finish warranty on your wheels. please follow these guidelines:
a.) Never use any chemical-based or harsh cleaning solutions
b.) Use only mild soap and water with a soft, non-abrasive cloth rag to clean the wheels of dirt and debris.
c.) Spray-on, hose off type cleaners are strictly prohibited.
d.) Do not clean the wheels when they are still warm from the operation of the vehicle - allow them to cool before attempting to hose off. Cleaning them in the shade is highly recommended especially with satin finishes.
e.) You can apply a soft paste or spray on wzax to your wheels to ease maintenance and improve wheel appearance on clear-coated, painted or chrome wheels; this is not advised for unprotected polished surfaces.
3.) Wheel Storage
a.) Always attempt to clean wheels before storing
b.) The best place to store your SP Felgen wheels is in their original packaging. If you do not have the original packaging, leave wheels on the tyres and place them in plastic garbage bags removing as much air from the bag as possible. Seal with tape and do not store your exposed wheels or tyres on bare concrete.
c.) If left on the tyres, stack them on their side up to 4 wheels high. It is helpful to place a clean sheet of cardboard between each wheel and tyre to stabilize and prevent accidental metal-to-metal damage.
d.) If any minor damage occurs on your wheels such as light curbing, we always recommend contacting a local reputable wheel repair specialist to repair minor damage.
4.) Repairs done by anyone other than SP Felgen that involve any of these processes will VOID your warranty and may undermine the structural integrity of the wheels, causing a safety hazard.

LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY FOR SP FELGEN WHEELS
This warranty is given only to the original consumer/purchaser of the SP Felgen products. This warranty is not transferable and PROOF OF PURCHASE will be required for all warranty work - be sure to keep your original invoice.
THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER EXPRESSED WARRANTIES. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY, INCLUDING THE WARRANT OF MERCHANT LIABILITY AND THE WARRANT OF FITNESS OF A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, IS LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY.
SP Felgen products are warranted under normal and reasonable use, and wheels produced by SP Felgen are warranted against defects in structural workmanship to the original owner/purchaser for a period of 2 Years from the date of purchase along with a one-year paint finish guarantee.
EXCLUSIONS FROM WARRANTY
This warranty does not cover damage to, or any failure of SP Felgen products caused by unreasonable use of the wheels, road hazards or externally caused damage from the following conditions:
1.) Refinishing SP Felgen Wheels. Repairs done by anyone other than SP Felgen or approved repair partners will VOID your warranty and may undermine the structural integrity of the wheels, causing a safety hazard that may result in injury.
a.) Disassembly
b.) Refinishing
c.) Heating
d.) Bending
e.) Cutting
f.) Welding
2.) Off-road racing, or unpaved driving conditions or road hazards; for example potholes, gravel, road debris, scrap metal, tire remnants, trash, and other road clutter.
3.) The failure to properly use the tyres which are mounted on the SP Felgen wheels; for example improper inflation, loading the vehicle beyond its capacity, misalignment of tyres and wheels, imbalance of tyres and wheels, and/or the use of incorrect tyres and wheels.
4.) Any impact or abuse resulting in bends/bending of rim parts, collision/impacts, potholes, flat tyres, curbing, racing/drifting, accidents, fire, vandalism, or rubbing due to projection from the wheel wall.
5.) Infrequent or improper cleaning of SP Felgen products will void the finish warranty. Only using a mild soap applied with a hose or soft cloth should be used to clean SP Felgen products. Cleaning SP Felgen products with a hard or coarse brush or fabric, chemical-based cleaners or acid sprays may cause damage to the finish that will void the warranty. Note: Many car washes use avid sprays to clean road wheels.
6.) Exposure to road salt or other hazardous chemicals used on roadways during inclement weather.
7.) The application to SP Felgen wheels of any type of clip-on weights or other accessories. USE TAPE-WEIGHTS ONLY.
8.) Any damage or failure that occurs as a result of your continued use of HRE products after you have discovered a problem.
9.) Wheels damaged in transit or by misuse, accident, or negligence, or that have been repaired or altered by anyone other than SP Felgen or an approved repairer.
PROCEDURES TO FOLLOW WHEN MAKING A CLAIM
1.) Contact SP Felgen customer services through our Contact Us page which you will find in the footer of our website to make us aware of your claim. At this time, an official return authorization number will be issued to you and this must be marked on all shipping materials and supporting paperwork.
2.) Arrange to have the wheels shipped to: SP Felgen, 26 Vision Business Park, Preston Place, Upper Caldecote, Biggleswade - SG18 9GH
3.) Include the following items:
a.) A copy of the original invoice/ order for the warranted wheels/products
b.) A written statement or e-mail to SP Felgen explaining the problem that you have encountered, the circumstances in which the problem occurred, and the year, make, and model of the vehicle the wheels were initially installed. In addition, indicate the year, make, and model of the vehicle including tyre size on which the product was installed at the time of the warranty event occurrence, if different from the above.
4.) Upon receipt of the wheels, SP Felgen will inspect the wheels per the warranty claim and contact the customer to determine the appropriate course of action.
5.) If it Is determined that upon the inspection of the returned wheel(s), it qualifies under the terms of this warranty, SP Felgen, will at its own expense, either repair of replace the warranted wheel(s) at its sole discretion.
6.) SP Felgen assumes no responsibility for removing or re-installing the wheels on the vehicle, loss of vehicle use, loss of time, convenience, or other consequential expenses.
DISCOUNTED WHEELS AND FINISHES
1.) Discontinued SP Felgen styles may not be available for repairs and it is at the sole discretion of SP Felgen depending on supply and other factors.
2.) Discontinues or custom finishes may not be available.
