Am I Charged VAT For My Order?
For ALL of our customers, taxes, duties, customs and such are paid by us and shipping is completely free for all of our customers.
You simply need to pay for your wheels and we will handle the rest.
How Do I Get A VAT Invoice/Receipt?
When you place an order with us, you will receive an e-mail with your order confirmation. Within this e-mail is a link to download your invoice which will contain all the information needed.

Can I Finance My Order?
SP Felgen do offer the opportunity to finance your order with our finance partner Kandoo.
You can apply and even get a quote for your monthly payments here
How Can I Amend Or Cancel My Order?
For our available stock items, you are able to get in touch with our team before dispatch and we can cancel or amend something with your order.
For custom forged alloy orders, once we confirm specs and we begin production, there is no possibility in adjustment but up until then, you can get in touch with our team and we can work with you on changes where possible.
Will Your Products Affect My Vehicle Warranty?
Some modifications can affect your vehicles warranty and this is something that we cannot confirm as adding wheels to your vehicle will effect warranty depending on your individual circumstances or warranty agreement.

What Is Your Returns Policy?

Available Stock Products: We offer a returns policy of 30 days for our customers, if the product is inspected within 24 hours of arrival and seen to be damaged then we will arrange for the product to be returned to us.
If the customer simply does not like the product purchased from available stock then the wheels will need to be returned by the customer for a refund/exchange.
Custom Order Wheels:
Once the order has been placed, the specs agreed upon and the alloys are in production then there is nothing we can do to cancel or return them. All custom wheel orders are final.
If there is an issue such as damage on arrival then we will rectify this issue.
How Long Will My Refund Take?
Once we have received the item, it will take up to 48 hours for the team to check over the item, once the refund is processed, it will take 3-5 days to reach your account (PayPal takes 7 days to reach your account).

How Do I Track My Order?
Can I Have My Order Delivered To A Service Point?
Unfortunately NOT Service points will typically not accept parcels of a large size which means we do not recommend using them for delivery of your items.
Why Do I Need To Pay Customs/ Import Duties In My Country If I've Paid Shipping Charges?
When ordering from us internationally, we include shipping and duties in our prices so our international customers will have to pay nothing.
Do You Ship Worldwide?
Yes! We ship worldwide and our shipping costs worldwide are nothing! You simply pay for your wheels and our team will handle the rest.
